To develop the required skills and underpinning knowledge of candidates for the safe operation of Remotely Operated Vehicles. By the end of the training course participants will have sufficient knowledge of the technical and operational competencies for ROV's, offshore safety, ROV types, configurations and their application to offshore operations, installations and vessels.
These participants will be expected to apply themselves to the attainment of the safety, team working, technical and operational competencies required of them to progress to the IMCA Pilot Technician (R 03) Grade I. • Offshore Safety
