The course is designed to provide workplace trainers with additional skills to help them perform more effectively both in the classroom and in the practical scenario. Concentrating on theory, structure, methodology, learning styles and presentation, at the end of the two days participants will be expected to produce a short presentation and practical training session.

The assessment is based on the participants training their peers. At the end of the programme, they will be expected to provide a ten minute presentation and a ten minute practical training demonstration. Participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance.
